Good Faith Estimate

Under federal law, clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining the expected cost of medical or mental health services if they are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance.

Because all counseling services offered by ReAlign with Dr. Allie Counseling & Consulting Services, PLLC are scheduled and billed through Grow Therapy, your Good Faith Estimate will be provided directly through the Grow Therapy platform. Grow Therapy manages all billing, documentation, and estimate requirements in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

For Counseling Clients (Private Pay or Insurance)

All therapy appointments are scheduled and billed through Grow Therapy
Grow Therapy will issue your Good Faith Estimate before your first appointment
You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time through the Grow Therapy platform

If Your Bill Is Higher Than Expected

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute it through the Grow Therapy billing system.

Non-Clinical Services (Consulting, Speaking, Training)

These services are not medical and therefore are not covered by the No Surprises Act. Rates for consulting and professional services will be clearly communicated before scheduling.
