At Realign Counseling & Consulting, we strive to make getting started as straightforward and efficient as possible.

To access a therapist's availability, all new clients begin by reserving their Initial Intake Appointment. Once payment is completed, you'll immediately receive access to your chosen therapist's online scheduling system, where you can select an appointment day and time that works best for you.

Individual (Private Pay): $175
Couples (Private Pay): $225
Employee Assistance (EAP) : no fee
Schedule
Your Appointment
After completing payment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a secure link to your client portal, where you'll be able to select an available appointment time that works best for your schedule.
Complete Your Paperwork
Once your appointment request has been approved, you'll receive access to your intake paperwork through the client portal. Please complete all required forms at least 24 hours before your first appointment to ensure a smooth start to services.

Intake Appointment Terms & Conditions
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Intake Appointment Fee
Your payment reserves and pays for your initial intake appointment with Realign Counseling & Consulting.
​
Scheduling Your Appointment
After payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure link to TherapyNotes, Realign Counseling & Consulting's client portal and scheduling system.
It is your responsibility to:

Schedule your intake appointment using the link provided

Create your client portal account
-
Complete all required intake paperwork and consent forms
-
Maintain access to your client portal for future appointment management

Appointment Deadline
Your intake appointment must be scheduled and completed within six (6) months of the date of purchase. Unused intake appointments expire after six (6) months.
Refund Policy
The intake appointment fee is non-refundable. Once payment has been submitted, refunds will not be issued for unused appointments, failure to schedule an appointment, missed appointments, or cancellations.

Required Paperwork
All intake paperwork, consent forms, and practice documents must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to complete required paperwork may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
Appointment Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your intake appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the intake appointment fee.
​
At the discretion of the practice and based on therapist availability, the intake fee may be transferred to another appointment occurring within the same calendar week. If an appointment cannot be rescheduled within that timeframe, the original intake fee will be forfeited and a refund will not be issued.

Client Portal Responsibilities
Once your TherapyNotes account has been created and your appointment has been scheduled, you may use the client portal to:

Emergency Services
Realign Counseling & Consulting does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911, visit your nearest emergency room, or contact 988 immediately.
